If you wish to purchase more than an individual unit,
our shopping site also offers
both our products in larger quantities at a discounted
price. Should
you wish to buy more than 100+ or interested to become an authorized
reseller, please contact our reseller department. Please also contact

regarding. If it is an order, please

Shipping & Handling
When will my order be
shipped?
Order is usually shipped out 1-3 business days after
payment is received while most of our orders are shipped out the next
business day.
What
are the differences in the shipping options provided?
Domestic orders will either be shipped via USPS Priority with delivery
confirmation (2-3 business days) or FedEx Overnight (1 business day).
International orders can either by shipped via FedEx International Priority
(usually 2-3 business days) or via USPS Priority (roughly 10 business days).
My tracking number
does not work, why?
You will receive a tracking email from our carrier and
either PayPal/Google depending on your payment method when the shipment is
processed. This tracking might not work up until the following business day
when it is scanned in by our carrier. Please do not contact us for tracking
information until you have attempted to look it up yourself. We start
order processing as soon as they are received. When you
received a tracking number/email – it means that your orders are in
processing and shipping label are printed. However it does not mean your
order has been transferred to our carriers. Do not be alarmed if the
tracking number is not scanned in by the carrier yet unless you cannot track
it after 1~3 business days.
Can
I use my own shipping account?
No you cannot at this time.
Can you ship to a
different address other than the address on the payment?
No we cannot at this time. Please double check your shipping address for
accuracy when you place your order. When your order is placed, it is usually
sent for initial processing within an hour so it is extremely difficult to
change shipping requests afterwards. If you wish to ship to a different
address than the one stated on the order, we will most likely cancel your
order and request that you place a new order with the correct, desired
shipping address.
What do I need to do
for customs?
For international shipments, if you have specific requirements, please let
us know in the payment details for the payment. We do not guarantee that we
will accommodate these requests, but we will do so to the best of our
ability. You are responsible for your own country's duties/taxes if any are
incurred.
Is local pickup available?
Not at this time.
Return Policy
We can not provide refund. We only accepts returns on
detective items that is returned within 3 business days after it is
delivered to your address. It takes 2~5 business days for us to inspect and
ship out a replacement for you. You may contact us via our contact us page
and we will try our best to assist you with any problems or if necessary
assist you in having defective product returned to us.
Ever since our website started operation, no defect item
has been reported. We have only received positive feedback.
